At Mr. Bill's Seafood we interact with our visitors in a way that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
All transactions are processed upon shipment. If your order does not ship, you do not get charged.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Our Return and Refund Policy
We guarantee to package only the freshest product for shipment. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival please contact us immediately. All claims of return on perishable items must be made the day of the product's delivery. Non-perishable items may be returned for refund within the first 30 days after receipt of product. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
Mr. Bill's Seafood's primary shipping method on orders is through UPS but we may use other methods with a maximum shipping time of 60 hours. Shipping rates are determined on a per-product basis based on weight and dimensional weight. Shipping charges and recommended shipping options associated with our products are made available on our website's shopping cart. For each box that is shipped, there is an associated $11 packaging fee that pays for the box, insulation, and cold packs. Also, for Saturday deliveries, there is a $15 Saturday delivery charge. All transactions are processed upon shipment. If your order does not ship, you do not get charged.
If no one is present at the time of product delivery the product(s) will be left with no signature required. Mr. Bill's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you arrange to have someone at the shipping address to sign for and receive the package, or have the package shipped to a work address or other secure address.

Our facility processes fish, crustaceans, shellfish, and other seafood products, as well as products that include egg, wheat, garlic, soy, and/or spices. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption or contact with our products.
Food Safety Disclaimer
Consuming raw or undercooked meat, seafood, shellfish, or egg products can increase your risk of food-borne illness. Thoroughly cooking foods of animal origin such as shellfish reduces the risk of food borne illness. Individuals with certain health conditions such as liver disease, chronic alcohol abuse, diabetes, cancer, stomach, blood or immune disorders may be a higher risk if these foods are consumed raw or undercooked.
